本系列设备集冲洗、果粒灌装、果汁灌装、封盖于一体。适用于各种果粒、果肉饮料的灌装生产。同时也可用于矿泉水、纯净水等其它不含汽饮料的灌装。

设备能满足85℃以下热灌装要求，灌装阀、物料进出管路无卫生死角，配有封盖前对瓶口冲洗装置。设备在灌装果粒、果肉时采用两次灌装技术，能适应容量不同的并已添加量不同要求。采用磁力扭矩式封盖头，自动抓盖、拧盖，有恒力矩封盖功能。采用了人机界面触摸屏控制，PLC程序、变频控制等技术，具有无瓶不送盖、缺盖停机等功能。

The equipment integrates rinsing, pulp filling, fruit juice filling and capping. It is suitable for filling production of various pulp beverages. It can also be used for filling mineral water, purified water and other still beverages.

The equipment can meet the hot filling requirements under 85℃. There is no dead corner of sanitation in the filling valve and material inlet and outlet pipes. The bottle mouth rinsing device is provided before capping. The magnetic torque type capping head is adopted to realize automatic cap grasping and cap screwing. It has the constant torque capping function. It adopts man-machine interface touch screen control, PLC control, frequency converter control and other advanced technologies. It is provided with such functions as no cap feeding in case of no bottle, machine stopping in case of cap shortage, etc.
